These mini Neapolitan garrison can serve as an appetizer.
To develop them we need:
puff pastry
Caramelized onions
1 egg painting
Pre-heat oven 210 º Cut the puff pastry to rectangles, into one of the ends a teaspoon of caramelized onions.
Fold dough and seal edges by pressing with a fork.
Place on a baking silicone and paint with beaten egg.
Place in the oven and remove when nicely browned
