Salsa is a cinch to make and delicious for us like the Foie.
Ingredients:
1 can of 200 gr. mi-cuit
200 ml. of cooking cream or cream
1 tsp of cornstarch 1 cup
milk a pinch of salt
Preparation: Put
heat a pan and put the cream, when hot incoroporar the mi-cuit diced and once it was merged with the cream incorporating small glass of milk with the cornstarch dissolved. Boil a few minutes to get the desired texture. If you want you can go through the mixer to give a creamier texture.
And I point ..... tooooooooooooooooooodo combined with what you will! is rich !!!!!!!!!
